It's good to be back. If you're new here, you might be wondering what is a Power Ranking? How is it calculated? Does it have any effect on my team, my character, or how I'm viewed in the wider world? And the answer to that is yeah, it sort of does.
The answer to your other questions are largely it's propeitary and passed down from a community of hardworking Reddit-based commissioners.
Thanks to vibe coding, I've made some improvements and will be rolling out a new tool this season that's an improvement on those previous iterations meaning power rankings will be based on a mix of manager performance (in-season and historically), player rankings, matchup rankings, team performance, win totals, wins against league margin, team luck, and whatever else I can think up.
As always, Power Rankings take a couple weeks to hit their sweet spot. Meaning if you don't like your spot this week or next, just wait for Weeks 3 and 4. You'll either love it or hate it even more.
